XPS boxes are manufactured through a thermoforming process that starts with thin polystyrene sheets, which are heated until they become flexible. The heated material is then placed onto a specially designed mold and shaped by applying an external force, allowing the sheet to adhere perfectly to the mold and precisely follow every contour and detail.

Following the forming phase, the product undergoes controlled cooling, which is essential for stabilizing the resulting shape. Finally, the piece is trimmed to remove excess material, producing the finished trays.
